  • If your iCloud account is connected on your iOS device, we do use your iCloud account to utilize Apple CloudKit service to auto-backup your data online. This allows you to have a copy of your data saved to Apple’s iCloud service which will be shared on all iOS devices that uses Fav 10. Only your iCloud account has access to the actual data. Tomato Boy LLC does not maintain your data on any of our own servers and does not have access to it either.

  • We do not ask you for personal information.

  • We don’t share your data with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

  • We do not use any analytics to track your activities on Fav 10 unless you agree for Apple to allow it.

  • You may delete all your data from the app at any time in the Account Info view.
